Dr. Eddy Caldwell is a native of Northeast Arkansas, growing up in Lake City, he is the son of Leo and Ruby Caldwell. He graduated from Lake City High School in 1985. After completing his residency he chose to move home to provide effective, compassionate and comprehensive care. He opened his first clinic in Jonesboro in 1996 and soon expanded to open clinics in Batesville and Wynne, Arkansas.
